Title: 2017-2018 Annual Meeting

The 2017-2018 Annual Meeting of the Amberleigh Village Homeowners Association, Inc. is planned for Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at 7:00 PM.  The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Sign-in will begin at 6:30 PM. Please plan to arrive early so that you have time to check-in before the meeting starts.

The meeting will be held at St. Andrew United Methodist Church. The church is located at 4703 N 50 W, West Lafayette, IN 47906.  Click here ( for directions.

Remember that in order to be eligible to participate in the 2017-2018 Annual Meeting, your association dues must be paid in full for the 2017-2018 fiscal year. This means that your account must be paid through September 30, 2018.  Dues invoices for the 2017-2018 fiscal year will be mailed prior to the meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting in person, please complete and return a proxy form.  Business cannot be conducted at the meeting if the required quorum is not met.

Preliminary information about the meeting has been mailed to all homeowners and is attached below. This preliminary mailing is for informational and planning purposes only; it is not the official meeting notice. The official meeting notice, agenda, and proxy forms will be mailed to all homeowners at least 10 days before the meeting as required by the Association By-laws.
